Pamela Irene James brings over three decades of distinguished service, leadership, and poise to the Board of Finding Something More™. Since 1989, she has served as the trusted Office Administrator at South Coast Plaza / C.J. Segerstrom & Sons, stewards of the Segerstrom family legacy and one of the most influential forces in Southern California’s cultural and commercial landscape.

Over the course of her remarkable tenure, Pamela has become a deeply valued presence within the Segerstrom legacy—known for her ability to manage complex administrative operations with clarity, professionalism, and discretion. Her work supports the seamless coordination of departments and executive functions within a dynamic, high-profile environment, and her calm, solutions-driven leadership has contributed meaningfully to the continuity and excellence of one of the region’s most iconic institutions.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Pamela serves as the in-house photographer for the Segerstrom organization, entrusted with capturing decades of milestones, historical moments, and the evolving story of a family legacy that helped shape Orange County.

Now serving on the Board of Directors for Finding Something More™, Pamela brings that same depth of commitment, care, and insight to the organization’s mission.
