Dr. Tiffany Modica is a licensed clinical psychologist (CA PSY 35205), licensed mental health counselor (WA LMHC 6175566), and board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). She brings compassion, creativity, and expertise to her work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Dr. Modica blends clinical excellence with integrative methods such as creative arts, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and faith-based support when requested.
A survivor herself, Dr. Modica is passionate about empowering others to discover resilience, healing, and hope. She is the author of Up From the Ashes: Finding Hope and Purpose (2023), has served as a consultant and keynote speaker for organizations supporting foster youth, adoption, and trauma recovery, and has taught psychology at Azusa Pacific University and Concordia University. Her philosophy is simple: to make a difference one note at a time and inspire others to rise up, embrace resilience, and impact their communities.
