David Dugan brings over three decades of financial leadership and tax strategy expertise to the Advisory Committee of Finding Something More. As a licensed CTEC-registered tax consultant and trusted advisor to individuals, nonprofits, and businesses across Southern California, David is known for his analytical precision, financial integrity, and unwavering dedication to client success.
David currently provides strategic tax preparation, planning, and consulting services through his private practice. His work includes overseeing financial compliance for nonprofit organizations, advising on fiscal sustainability, and guiding clients through complex tax landscapes with clarity and care. His relationship with Finding Something More has grown over several years—supporting our annual filings, offering guidance on financial best practices, and helping us stay focused on mission-aligned growth.
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of nonprofit finance, David plays a pivotal role in helping FSM ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term viability. While he cannot serve on our Board of Directors due to compliance restrictions, he is a highly valued member of our Advisory Committee and remains an integral voice in shaping FSM’s financial future.
